Pricing Policy: BlueWhite aims to offer the most competitive prices in the UK, and even in Israel. We are able to do this because of our unique relationship with our suppliers. We deal directly with all of them, rather than through an agent. We would encourage our clients to price check anywhere in the UK, and feedback to us. Packaging Policy: Our aim as a company, is to protect our environment as much as possible, and to this end, we will try to use as much recycled packaging as we can. Delivery Times and Costs: We aim for orders placed to be in stock, and to be despatched to the customer within 3 working days. There will be a standard delivery charge of £5.50 per order. If an item is out of stock, please anticipate delivery within 28 days, as we may have to reorder from Israel. Rabbinical Supervision: We are delighted to have the approval of Rabbi Alan Plancey (Elstree and Borehamwood United Synagogue). All religious items being sold have been checked to ensure they are Kasher. None of the mezuzot contain parchments. Refunds Policy: BlueWhite aims to deliver all products direct to the customer, promptly, and in perfect condition. The pictures shown on our website will be accurate representations of what you can expect to receive, although colours may vary slightly from the pictures. Sizes will be included in the description, where appropriate. Refunds will only be offered for the following: If a product arrives damaged, or sub-standard, it will be replaced free of charge, and the damaged product returned to us at the same time. If a refund is requested, the product must be returned to us, in its original condition, at the cost of the customer, within 14 days.
